Moniteur Armando Basulto held a seminar at the Modern Self Defense Academy in Middletown, C.T., covering the fundamentals of boxe française using the same methodology used to train savateurs for the ring. A video clip of the seminar is available.

had a "war" with very tough Anthony "Extreme" Urena, exchanging knees and body shots in the clinch. Rolando landed some snapping low crosses and even one of his trademark "chasse laterals" to the midsection of Urena in Round 3. At the end of the 3 rounds, the judging was TIGHT on the score cards, but the well-fought win went to Urena. Nonetheless, Rolando represented the skill and heart that is the hallmark of all B.A.D. Warriors.

defeated his opponent Jack Williams, winning all three rounds! Williams had a strong hook and hefty kick, but Luke landed a barrage of straight rights and low Savate kicks that rocked his opponent off his feet. Congratulations on a glorious win!
